Healthcare Audit RAG
A RAG system built for Aukera Health (USA) to audit hospital processes against a governing reference standard.
The client
Aukera Health, a US-based healthcare organisation.
The problem
Auditing hospital processes means checking day-to-day practice against a governing reference standard, in this case, Aukera Health’s own “golden book” of correct procedure. Done manually, that comparison is slow and easy to get wrong; automating it without a way to check the system’s own output is risky in a healthcare context.
The approach
NSArrows built a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system that grounds its analysis directly in Aukera Health’s golden book, rather than relying on a model’s general knowledge. It’s designed to compare actual hospital process information against that reference standard and surface discrepancies for human review.
Technology
Enterprise knowledge retrieval, document-grounded generation, and comparison/analysis logic built on top of the golden book as the internal knowledge base.
A note on disclosure
Confidential hospital operational detail is not disclosed here. Quantified outcomes aren’t published yet; this entry will be updated if/when a verified figure is available.
